How Much Information Can I Save?
The amount of information that is archived within your Legacy Planner profile is only limited by what you wish to share. In situations where a particular field may not be included, you have the ability to create a custom entry to meet your specific need.
How Do I Share My Information With Others?
One of the most powerful features of your Legacy Planner is the ability to share and collaborate on your own history. Through the invite feature you can invite existing Legacy Planner users or friends and family who have not joined, to add or comment on specific entries within your personal history.
Is My Information Secure?
All your data is sent over the network through secured lines using industry standard SSL encryption ensuring that your data remains protected and private.
What Happens To My Information If I Die?
All information stored in your Legacy Planner profile is held indefinitely, provided that your designated representative accesses the account periodically.
How Would My Representative Retrieve My Information?
We recommend that you designate a representative you can entrust with your username and password, in order to access the information contained within your Legacy Planner, in the event you are not physically able.
